Q. What is your fundraising goal? 

     A. This is our 2nd campaign. For our 1st one we raised $70. We'd like to raise over $250 this time. 

Q. Do you take Paypal?

     A. charity:water doesn't take Paypal directly on their site yet. They are thinking about it for the future. When you pay by a credit card, their back end system is processed by them, and it is secure. We asked Paypal if we could take Paypal payments on their behalf and forward it and they said that's against their TOS so we are not doing that. 

Q. Do you take Alertpay?

     A. We CAN take Alertpay on charity:water's behalf and forward it. charity:water doesn't take that directly on their site. That's why if you click on the $1, $5, $10 or $20 donation links you get taken to the Rainbow Traffic Solutions account. 

Q. Why do we get taken to the Rainbow Traffic Solutions account when we click on the Donate links?

     A. See the above answer! 

Q.If we click on the campaign page will that get credited to your fundraising campaign?

     A. If you donate through that link, yes. You can also choose once you are there and clicking around the charity:water site to go to somebody else's campaign and that's okay too. The important part is charity:water get the money more than we get the credit! 

Q. I run a safelist, text ad exchange, traffic exchange, PTC, PTR, or some other site and I want to offer a goodie here -is there a fee or anything?

      A. Nope, so long as your site isn't some kind of hate site and you want to offer a goodie, we'll list it here. 

Q. Why promo codes?

      A. You can think of it like this - it's like taking it out of you advertising budget. You spend a $1 or $5 and you get all the advertising plus you're doing a great deed. It's simply a thank you bonus we wanted to offer to people to make it more attractive for them to donate. Sometimes it is  harder for people to connect with charities like this one - so this is an incentive :)
